    Tell us about your organization, your audience, and what you hope the film will do. You'll leave knowing whether we're the right fit and what's realistic for your timeline and budget.

    You get: a candid conversation and a ballpark range.

  • Before the camera comes out.

    We shape the story, choose who to interview, map the shoot, and put everything in writing. Nothing gets filmed until you've approved the plan.

    You get: a story outline, a shoot schedule, and a fixed-scope quote.

  • Small crew, real moments.

    We capture interviews, event coverage and the details that make your story feel true. Then we shape all the pieces into a finished film, with cinematic color, sound and motion graphics. You’ll have multiples rounds of revisions until we deliver a refined piece that you’re proud of and stoked to share with other people.

    You get: a rough cut, revision rounds, and a polished final edit.

  • Built to be used.

    Your film is delivered ready for the big screen, your website and social media. You can also add an Impact Kit so the story keeps raising support after the night ends.

    You get: the final film in every format you need.

This is our flagship film service made with your main live event in mind (Gala fundraiser, launch party, ministry conference, etc…) We move the room for maximum impact and then continue to launch and promote across all online social channels with creative strategies that waterfall deliverables to your audience for robust marketing and engagement.

  • It depends on length, shoot days and crew size. Most gala films fall between $7,500 and $15,000, and we'll give you a fixed quote before we start.

  • Tell us your event date and we'll plan backward from it. Typically 2-10 weeks.

  • We can scale the project, for example with a shorter film, filming only, or fewer shoot days. Let's talk about what's possible.

  • We're based in Santa Monica, California and Salt Lake City, Utah, But we're happy to travel anywhere to Retell the right stories.
